Haven't found that motivation yet, but I'm working on it.
For now, though, I have decided to go back to my good old breakfast of oats, protein powder and some sort of fruit. I prefer a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, but I'll use other fruits from time to time.
Back when I actually buckled down and lost the baby weight from Logan, I ate this delicious, satisfying meal every single morning (with the occasional alternative breakfast on the weekends, usually an egg sandwich or omelet) and really never tired of it. Oatmeal is supposed to be excellent for your body in so many ways, and berries are full of antioxidants. Plus, the addition of protein powder makes for a pretty balanced meal.
So, that's the way I'm working to get my days off to a good start.
