I am kicking around how to get rid of this baby weight. I have been stalled for something like nine months, simply due to lack of real motivation to make anything happen. Unfortunately for me, I can work out pretty hard every single day and the excess fat will not budge. It has to happen in the kitchen, and in order for that to work, I have to find some sort of impetus to drive me to want it badly enough, because I have to be REALLY strict about what I eat to drop fat.
Haven't found that motivation yet, but I'm working on it.
For now, though, I have decided to go back to my good old breakfast of oats, protein powder and some sort of fruit. I prefer a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, but I'll use other fruits from time to time.
Back when I actually buckled down and lost the baby weight from Logan, I ate this delicious, satisfying meal every single morning (with the occasional alternative breakfast on the weekends, usually an egg sandwich or omelet) and really never tired of it. Oatmeal is supposed to be excellent for your body in so many ways, and berries are full of antioxidants. Plus, the addition of protein powder makes for a pretty balanced meal.
So, that's the way I'm working to get my days off to a good start.
