Why'd I pick THIS week to kick sugar? I just realized tomorrow's Day 28, ifyaknowwhatimean. Just have to make it harder on myself!
Anyway, I want chocolate and I'm crabby.
Didn't give in today. Didn't write down my food, but I'll try to remember.
prebreakfast
5 a.m. banana
(full-body weights workout)
coffee w/ skim
breakfast
Greek yogurt w/ meusli
snack
apple
string cheese
ounce of walnuts
lunch
ground turkey
salad w/ vinegar and safflower oil and sunflower seeds and some 2% cheese
2 slices cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread (one was buttered, and I use REAL butter.)
snack (or dinner No. 1!)
a mango
homemade lemon rice soup
dinner (No. 2!)
hot italian turkey sausage on bun (it was a white bun. I didn't intend to eat one, but I did.)
baked sweet potato "fries"
lima beans
I was "peckish" today. I did nibble a couple Goldfish crackers and ate probably about a tablespoon of peanut butter, too, when making the boys' sandwiches. (Jordan had his first PB&J today. Loved it! Made a huge mess taking it apart, too!) Those "little extras" add up and that's one of my downfalls. I need to NOT do that!
OK, so, that's all.
Good night!
(Yes, I go to bed at 9. Don't judge me 'til YOU get up at 5 a.m. to work out!)

I need to go to bed at 9PM becuase I DO get up that early. I am lucky to be sleeping by 11 pm. Sigh. I am so tired.
BTW-- good for you on your sugar elimination Krys. It ain't easy!
Go to bed earlier my dear! The only thing is, couple time suffers. It feels like I never see my hubby anymore. :(
Do you have the recipe for the Lemon Chicken soup?
I also go to bed about 9
I see it now, my Google Reader didn't pick up that post!
